No, and this is the one thing worth settling before the car leaves, because on a 3 to 4 hour drive each way the wrong drop-off costs you the day. The canyon runs downstream and finishes at Kawasan, so the two versions start at opposite ends of it. Full canyoneering starts upstream at the Alegria operator station: you are dropped there, you come down the canyon, and your driver meets you at the falls end - a different place from the one he left you, which is exactly why a waiting private car is worth more here than it looks. A falls-only visit skips all that and goes straight to the Badian entrance. From there the car stops at the highway by Matutinao church and the last 1.5 km to the level-one basin is a flat, made-up riverside path on foot, about 15 to 30 minutes each way, or a habal-habal from the gate if anyone would rather not walk it - the car does not follow you to the water either way, and you walk back out wet. Two other things decide the same day: the gate runs roughly 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so treat 5:00 PM as the planning figure even though guides report a wider 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM in peak season, and everything on site is cash - there is no card terminal and no e-wallet, and the nearest reliable ATM is back up the highway. That is exactly why a private car earns its keep here. You are dropped at the Alegria jump-off, the driver moves the vehicle round to the Kawasan side and is there when you walk out, with your dry clothes and bags in the car. No arranging a lift while you are wet.

Start from the drive: 4-5 hours each way is 8-10 hours in the vehicle for the round trip, before you have spent a minute at Kawasan Falls (Badian). Add however long you want there and you have your finish time - which is why this one tends to end in the evening rather than the afternoon. So the thing worth getting right in the quote is the arrival time rather than a reservation, and that is the part we plan. What settles it is whether a vetted driver is free for the time you need, and you will have the answer and the price by email the same day, usually within a few hours. The part that gets harder with less notice is choice - holding a particular vehicle size or an exact pickup hour - not whether the journey can happen, so send the date and, if the timing is tight, the hour you need to be moving.
