How do I get from the Mactan resorts to Moalboal?

There is a small municipal environmental user fee for snorkelling in Moalboal waters, paid in cash locally; gear rental and an optional Pescador Island boat are arranged locally too. None of them are ever part of our quote unless your written quote says otherwise.

Whichever is moving on the day. The CCLEX expressway lands on the South Road Properties and skips most of the Mandaue and city traffic, which usually makes it the better southbound choice; the Marcelo Fernan and Mactan-Mandaue bridges are the alternatives. Tolls are included in the quote.

The exception is Sumilon, where the day-use pass must be reserved with the resort before you travel. So the thing worth getting right in the quote is the arrival time rather than a reservation, and that is the part we plan. What settles it is whether a vetted driver is free for the time you need, and you will have the answer and the price by email the same day, usually within a few hours. A very early start is routine here rather than a complication. The part that gets harder with less notice is choice - holding a particular vehicle size or an exact pickup hour - not whether the journey can happen, so send the date and, if the timing is tight, the hour you need to be moving.
