How do I get from Moalboal to Bohol?

Not from Moalboal itself - it is on Cebu’s west coast and has no Bohol sailing of its own. But there is a direct boat from south Cebu, and if you are heading for Panglao it is the faster move: drive 2-2.5 hours down to Oslob and take the Apekop banca from Quartel Beach at 11:30 AM, which is on Momo Beach, Panglao by about 1:00 PM. It runs once a day, carries passengers only and lands on sand rather than at a pier. For Tagbilaran, the Chocolate Hills or the north and east of Bohol, the road to Cebu City Pier 1 and the OceanJet fast ferry is still the right route. There is also a southern RORO from Argao to Loon, a different corner of Cebu again and much less frequent.

Allow 6-7 hours door to port: roughly 2.5-3 hours by private car from Moalboal to Cebu City Pier 1, 30 to 60 minutes of ferry check-in, and about 2 hours on the fast ferry to Tagbilaran. Add the onward transfer on the Bohol side to reach Panglao or your resort.
