A public Ceres bus runs from the Cebu South Bus Terminal all the way to Liloan port and rolls onto the barge to Sibulan. Board the east-coast service signed “Bato via Oslob” - the other southbound Ceres is signed “Bato via Barili” for the same terminus and takes the opposite coast, finishing at Bato instead. Cheapest, but it is a long stretch of fixed timetables and a terminal-to-terminal day with your luggage.
